All human beings long for connection and belonging—a place where they can live openly, honestly, and vulnerably—but many struggle to find it because they’re afraid to drop their masks and be seen in all their messiness. Their environment tells them they’re not enough (or too much) and they feel ashamed of their pain, brokenness, and struggle.
That’s why everyone needs a safe place of unconditional belonging where they can struggle without judgement and live with nothing hidden and know they will always be met with grace.
Those kinds of grace-filled spaces and relationships help people heal by providing an environment where they can process their pain without fear of rejection.
We want to help you develop these types of spaces by walking with you on your journey and offering our support, knowledge, and experience. After decades of doing this work, we hope we can pass on the lessons we’ve learned and equip the next generation with the perspective and tools they need to build safe and healing environments

Who We Work With
Over the last 30 years, we have worked with individuals and organizations across a broad spectrum of communities and industries because our message is helpful for anyone who desires true connection with others.
Much of our work has been with organizations that serve people on the margins of society—rescue missions, safe houses, addiction support services, shelters, and half-way houses—simply because the people in those spaces often experience judgement instead of grace. But we have also worked with for-profit companies, churches and para-church organizations, youth and educational organizations, and family-focused ministries.
